What can cause PA/MRSA to flare up?

I know like a "cold" or just being run down but what else? Just seeing if I can prevent Reece getting sick all the time. Thanks!

FOr me it's always been allergies.

Allergies inflame my lungs and this causes my PA to grow.

As soon as I got my allergies under control years ago I noticed a huge improvement in my health.

Allergies and stress are my biggest contributors.

Oh yes and dehydration.

WHen it's super hot and I'm in and out of my car all day from my job, I get flare-ups.

Or if I'm flying to Europe and I get dehydrated, this can facilitate PA growth.

Never can drink too much water!!!!
