what happens when mom and dad get sick?

we have a 17 mos old little girl named ava with cf, we have all been pretty healthy latley, mom has come down with a cold and been wearing a mask around the house, my daughter is ok so far but i want to hold her and kiss her and everything.. i am also 8 mos preg which makes it harder to get well with very limited meds i can take. i am such a nervous wreak.. my daughter is also getting a g-tube this week, so her getting sick would just kill me.. just needed to talk about it.. i know we can't protect our children from getting sick all the time, but when we do i can't help but worry about her her every cough or stuffy nose...

Frequent handwashing, antibacterial hand gel/foam. Don't share drinking glasses, food... If I have to sneeze, cough or blow my nose, I try to leave the room and sneeze into my arm or into my shirt. After blowing my nose, I always wash my hands or use antibacterial stuff.

I did get bronchitis last winter and was really worried DS would get it and he wouldn't keep his distance -- was crawling all over me while I was trying to nap and he was watching cartoons, so I did wear a mask.

Basically, I try not to worry myself sick about it. And if I feel that it's something more than just a cold -- if either of us have a fever and/or sore throat, upper respiratory bug... We go to the doctor asap to get put on antibiotic is it's some sort of bacterial infection...
