WOW, JAPAN, WHAT IS THAT LIKE? I HAVE ALWAYS HEARD THA JAPAN IS ONE OF THE CLEANEST CITIES. WHAT DO PEOPLE DO FOR FUN THERE?? HOW MUCH FOR A KAMONO??

If you forgot to log in, I'm curious who you are.
Japan is not so clean, but is one of the safest countries (Not %100 safe, though).
A KAMONO (spelled as Kimono) depends on what kind. A summer Kimono, called a Yukatta, would be around $20 to $50, depending on what you're willing to spend.
A real Kimono (for Men) would be in the range from $800 and up. For women, it'll be more costly, but I'm not sure because I'm not into buying one.(Haha)
For fun, their major form of entertainment is the Karaoke Box (It actually originated in Osaka, where I'm living).
Other forms include Game Centers, Pachinko (Gambling-I don't care for), and Hot Spring Trips to the mountains or near the sea.
Japan does have it's disadvantages, but this would not be the place to discuss it. Overall, it's a nice place to visit, maybe stay for a few years, but there's still nothing like the good 'ole U.S. of A!
However, the lifestyle and diet would fit a CF Patient perfectly.
Sushi-raw fish-A very low fat diet which would help the pancreas in digestion more efficiently.
The Japanese diet, using Shoyu (Soy Sauce) has a high content of salt, which would not require additional salt.
Excercise-No space for a car, so the only form of transportation is walking or using a bicycle. (However, after 12 years, I bought a new car here and fully enjoy it on the weekends)
Martial Arts-A plethora of it
There are a few disadvantages, that would have to be considered..
Osaka, where I live, and further south has some nasty, humid summers, which takes a lot out of a person, and a CF person would have a harder time keeping up on fluids and isotonics, etc.
Tokyo, like Osaka, also has a higher concentration of carbon monoxide (pollution), so going a little further north would be more beneficial.
Okinawa's great, but it's an even smaller island. like to visit, but don't know about living there.
On the contrary, I'd rather recommend the diet and excercise to become a good part of the lifestyle.
