Hubby was told at the last clinic appointment that Abby was low on Zinc. I didn't realize that this was something to be concerned about.

Can anyone tell me the why behind Zinc?

Thanks!

Alyssa is a little (and really just out of the normal range little) low on zinc too. I was told that if it drops more they'd want her on a zinc supplement because low zinc can make weight absorption and hunger problematic.

Briceton take a Zinc supplement twice a day and calcium. They checked his vitamin levels at our last GI appointment and gave us a scipt for the supplements. Was hoping it would help with the GI issued a bit but it unfourtunetly hasn't <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">
