does the ER insist on giving ORAL anti-nausea medication when the reason WHY I'm there is because I've been throwing up non-stop for the past 4 hours? Why WHY Why????? I don't get it. Is there something I'm missing here?

I'm better now Mel, thanks. Just had to get it under control and after 3 doses finally kept some of the meds down. Turns out I have food poisioning....lovely to have it flying out of both ends LOL. They gave me the day off to recuperate so that's a big plus!

Food poisoning is rough. I had it a few years back..
27 trips to the head the first...
My Doc called in a pill of some sort along with Kaopectate <<< worst tasting stuff I ever had to take...
After I stopped hitting the head I had to go see Him to make sure i was
not too dehydrated...

Oh Yeah,, Fun stuff..Do YOu know how You got the Food poisioning.
Mine was my own fault...
Glad Your Feeling better... Ugggg thinking about it makes me feel bad..
