Heh, nope, not me, and I sure don't want an Xbox. My opinion? Microsoft decided they needed more money (yeah, right!) and came up with the Xbox to get into the gaming industry because it's so hot right now. That's why I've never given the Xbox any credit and I never will. I'll stick with my PS2 and Gamecube, and I'll definately be waiting for the PS3 and the Revolution! Sorry you got shamed, though...

True, but I think Sony's idea was geared more towards people who didn't have a PS2 yet. BTW, what is it specifically about the 360 you didn't like?

I have an Xbox 360, it is awesome, especially on an HDTV. Best Buy got a new shipment this past weekend, they were guaranteeing a minimum of 20 per store. I'm sure they sold out pretty quick though. You might want to try going there again this Friday or Saturday, they may be getting another shipment this week. Don't buy any of the EA Sports games, if you get one. They are not worth the $60, they have nice graphics but the rest of the game is pretty stripped down. Xbox has always had better graphics than PS2.

Xbox was also released way AFTER the PS2, hence the *slightly* better graphics. But I'm willing to bet the PS3 will kick the 360's @$$ this time around. Besides, the Xbox has only a limited audience of games, mostly involving shooters and sports. Halo is the only thing it has going for it. Playstation has a lot of good games, including the Devil May Cry and Resident Evil series. And Nintendo has classics like Mario and Zelda. Even if the Xbox has better looks, I'll take lower graphics over watered-down gameplay any day.

The PS3 is going to be exactly like the 360 graphics wise. The only difference is PS3 plans on putting a Blu-Ray disc drive in it. I don't think they will actually go through with this though. It will drive the price up about $100 and put the PS3 at about $500. By the time PS3 is released the 360 premium will be $299. The game thing will be a non-issue on the 360 and PS3. Each system will have exclusive titles, the only reason there were a bunch of games for PS2 and not Xbox was because MS were idiots and thought they could boss the game developers around. They realized this was stupid and as far as I know all developers are on board for making games for the 360. PS3 will still have larger market share, but MS is slowly closing the gap in North America. Japan is a whole different ballgame though, I don't think anyone will ever outsell Sony or Nintendo there.

PS3 will win the graphics battle by a bit, but not enough for people to complain. The only reason PS3 will be better is because they'll have 6-8 months development on XBOX. XBOX 360 will have a HUGE jump on PS3 because of the release dates, but it seems XBOX will be loosing customers due to there lack of systems and technical problems. In the long run, Sony will win the battle. But Microsoft is OWNING them for the moment, and I plan to stick with Microsoft until they personally offend me .
