On June 28th there will be a vote in the House Of Commons to allow a change in our failing organ donation system to one of Opt Out. Opt out system will dramatically increase the number of organs available for transplant as people will need to register their desire not to donate instead of registering to be a donor, this increase will happen because 75-95% of the population are willing to donate their organs. Email organoptoutcampaign@msn.com ask for 'MP letter', to receive a prewritten letter which you can send to your MP to ask them to vote in favour of the amendment. Thank you for your help in this on behalf of all those on the transplant waiting list. And please be quick and get your letter to your MP by June 28th.

Forgive me for my ignorance, but is the House of Commons part of the U.S. government? Or is it a part of another country's government?
