Your BBT while TTC

<br>Hi everyone! I posted about a month and a half ago regarding the decision we were making on whether to start a family or not.  With my doctor's blessings we have decided to TTC on our own.  I have been charting my BBT now and have realized that it is lower than "normal" BBT.  I average about 96.6 in the mornings give or take a few tenths of a degree.  I was wondering if any of you who are charting your BBTs are seeing this as well.  Just curious!

I have low BBT - similar to yours in the 96s. I wouldn't worry about it. In fact my "normal" temp is in the 97s.

my BBT is about 96.4 each morning. Although today I woke up not feeling great and my BBT was up to 98.2 -- should have seen the warning sign, I now have a fever!! uh oh. I wouldn't think too much of having 'low' BBTs-- does your Blood Pressure run low too? I have low blood pressure and never thought anything of my lower temps because I just don't have as much blood flowing as quickly as everybody else, therefore I'm a bit chillier.

Thank you so much Bethylove. My blood pressure runs low in the mornings..I didn't even think about that!! I hope you get your fever under control and start feeling better. There's definitely a lot of bugs going around - a LOT of people are getting sick (myself included)!! My BBT was very low also high 96 degree range. I thought it was strange and mentioned it to my mom who said she is the same way. I got pregnant the first month of trying so it didn't cause any issues here. I will say since I've had a child my temperature is not as low.

Very interesting that we are all have low BBT! I know it did concern me a tad since every chart I saw online was higher than mine. But I just chalked it up to my own body chemistry.
