Essential Oils as an Alternative for Medicines

While they are not intended to replace traditional medicines, they are often used as complementary therapies. Essential oils are commonly used in practices like aromatherapy, massage and inhalation. Some oils have been studied for their potential benefits, such as soothing headaches, alleviating stress, promoting relaxation and supporting a healthy immune system. It's important to note that the use of essential oils for specific health conditions should be done under the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional.

Yes I agree. I know some have claimed that some essential oils can be anti-infective, especially when antibiotics become less effective over time. And you are correct, this should be done under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
