Random Q about pregnancy are scars

No, I am not pregnant nor intend to become so for a very long time, but this question has always floated around in my mind.
How does pregnancy affect a meconium ileus scar?
I had the surgery as a baby and of course have the lovely 6 inch scar right across my abdomin, above my belly button, as well as a feeding tube scar. It's quite thick and I always wondered, since pregnancy obviously makes you larger, how that would affect the scar or vice verse? Would it stretch? Be painful? Is it even posible? Safe?
I'd love to hear from someone who has this scar and has been pregnant

I also have that lovely scar from birth as well. It didn't cause any problems at all during my pregnancy and looks the exact same now as it did before. It really didn't ever look any different during my pregnancy either. I now also have a lovely c-section scar to add on to my scar list!

Didn't have that as a baby, but I did have an emergency appendectomy 2 yrs before becoming pregnancy with my son, and had 2 scars around my belly button. Pregnancy didn't effect them at all.
