The first test for CF is for 32 mutations. The second test is for 250 mutations. There are SEVERAL tests before you get to the top of the ladder. At the top of the ladder is a FULL CYSTIC FIFROSIS SCREENING, it is here that they test for all known mutations approximately 3000.

After being on TRIKAFTA for a few months, I had a red rash on my face and under my chin, I don't know if the two were related. I treated it with Hydrocortisone Valerate 0.2%. It cleared up in about five days.

Age 80 dx at age 47. I have had cataract surgery in both eyes. I had the same burning. I scrub my eyes with baby shampoo when I am in the shower and use eye drops upon occasion. This has cleared it up.
