Yea, just take the walk easy (damn oxygen makes you walk slower having to pull it with you anyway), don't push yourself too much. I always overdo it. Last time I walked 900 meters, but with only 1 L of oxygen instead of my usual 3L so I desated to 88, but didn't tell them the tank was messed up...

I replace mine about every 2 months because I also use rubbing alcohol on the inside and out, but don't overly trust it to kill everything either.
