I take 3 Aquadeks a day and when they checked my vitamin levels in October '10, I had a vitamin A deficiency and vitamin D deficiency. I've always had low vitamin D, but the vitamin A was a new thing.

I personally think you should go ahead to the hospital because Christmas won't be too much fun for you or your family if you're feeling so bad. But IF you must wait, then try taking ibuprofen for the pain. That helps me soooo much when I'm feeling bad. You could also try like Dayquil or...

I was diagnosed with this and they just told me to take extra calcium supplements and I'm supposed to take Boniva once a month.
