My father was a firefighter who smoked. When I was diagnosed at 2, he quit, cold turkey, no questions asked. He had been a smoker (1 pack/day) for 16+ years. I just wonder about the type of person it takes who wouldn't do the same...?

It's not just Christmas....any family function seems to be ruled by smokers in my family. Can you imagine...smokers in MY family....post TX...!? I stay home.
