That is only 30 billion units of probiotics, which for an adult is not all that much. My boys take about 20 billion units on a daily basis. I would look into getting a larger dose probiotic. blessings, missa

Can't wait to hear how the salt tablets work for everyone!!! We started off at 1/4 of a tablet and noticed that the half worked much better. They say that the salt can upset "normal" people's tummies, not sure that would happen for our CFers but better be safe and have them drink lots of water...
