    My doctors and team reply to my emails fast! Always call me right back, I have some of their cell phone numbers. Are very supportive of my goals and work with me to do things I want to try.     It works OK for me, but I'm not you. The best thing to do would be ask your clinic for samples if you are questioning it's efficacy in your case.
