    update on my son

I don't know a whole lot about the logistics of sweat tests and all that - but I have never heard of a quick test for the sweat test and I have read everything I can find about them as my son had a boderline result. My pedi told me that my son's 37 was negative - he was under one at the time...

Do the oily stools irritate baby's bottoms while still in diapers?

My son is currently awaiting results, but this happens to him also - his bottom is very irritated, and I must change him at once or he will even bleed from it. (but he also has a bleeding disorder)

    Welcome Ambry Genetics

hello, My son has just had a blood draw for 40 mutations that is being sent to Mayo clinic. My GI told me that she was ordering the full panel, but since she is at the children's hospital 2 hours away she deferred the test to my pedi - who only ordered the 40 mutation one. I even asked the...

    CF mutation question

How many of you, or your children *or grandchildren* have CF mutations within the panel of 40? My doctor only ordered this panel for my son today and I am furious as the GI told me it would be the full ambry - but he was allready having blood drawn for other tests so I just did it anyways. I...
