Ok this is sooooooooo embarrassing and i dont think im alone. havin cf we all know our body is PACKED with mucus..When i do laundry *me and my familys* i have to do underwear but i noticed i can always tell which is mine bc im the only one in my family that has mucus down there and it leaves... -

it happens to me i hate it and its embarrassing spec when im in public and i have to cough and i leak >.< i always think "oh no wheres a restroom." what i should start doing is i carry a large Tote bag and i organize everything it in. its a big makeup case with five sections the biggest i keep... -
