    who all boils their nebs to sterilize?

    I boil them for about 10 minutes after each use. I put them in a pot & set the timer for 20 minutes. The timer is important as I have learned the hard way, don't want to overcook the neb cup soup! FYI, the CFF says to boil them for 5 minutes.

    Thanks for the good info! Boiling water for sinus rinses does make alot of sense. Sarah, I wash the Neilmed bottles in the dishwasher on sanicycle then hang them on a bottle rack to air dry. It does sometimes take most of the day for them to dry and since my daughter does them twice a day we...
