I boil them for about 10 minutes after each use. I put them in a pot & set the timer for 20 minutes. The timer is important as I have learned the hard way, don't want to overcook the neb cup soup!
FYI, the CFF says to boil them for 5 minutes.

Thanks for the good info! Boiling water for sinus rinses does make alot of sense.
