I use ultra fine 5mm and 6mm size needles (I use the insulin pens). But I just realized that the ONE pill that I've neglected to take was Mephyton (vitamin K). But I've been taking Potassium. So in my mind, I thought that was the same thing but now I know it's not. Yea....I'm a ding...
