I have had times were I dry up and other times where I continue to have a productive cough throughout IV cycle.
I have found (I think) when on IV's in conjuction with higher levels of steroids I dry up more. I have also wondered if I am less hydrated sometimes.

Trek is portable, but slow, expect about 20% increase in time to do a neb. At least that is my experience.
I would not use it for Tobi. You don't want resistence and if you are not getting the correct dossage of Tobi that is just what you might get over time.
