    Nice work for 25 minutes! I tried to run my 1st mile today straight, and ended up doing 2.06 miles!!!! I seriously couldn't not run more than 1 block (if that) about 4 weeks ago - can't believe it.

    Question for the runners out there

    awesome thread.... i just started running myself. it was the most frustrating thing for me.....ever. genuinely. but i'm able to run for a bit longer now, and it's one of the most victorious feelings I've ever felt. i've actually reached a place where my legs give out before my lungs - NEVER...

    Allergy medication

    Not all anti-histamines have anticholinergic effects. Zyrtec does, claritin does (but to a much less extent), while Allegra does not. So chose your anti-histamine carefully and you will be able to avoid drying effects. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
