    I agree with every one of Chris's points. I don't want to comment on the studies he mentioned though, since I haven't seen them for myself. The thing I want to underline though, is that for me, I don't DISLIKE the vest. I simply LIKE good chest PT more. With that in mind, however, the vest...

    what # do you have to be at to have oxygen?

    That's the number for me too. Most insurance (all insurance?) refuse to pay unless you hit 88%. That can be exercising, or at night though, so you can have your doctor run tests if you think you're running that low.
