For me sometimes when Cipro fails Levaquin can be a miracle and keep me off IVs. Doxycycline also works well on me.
All depends on what bacteria you culture and and what it is sensitive to

Then I wouldn't recommend inhaling OO. Especially w/ sensitive airways. Not that it can't work, but to my knowledge it only worked well for one person on this board.

I tell my son (age 6), that he will probably always need to take pills. I say it very matter of factly (not in a negative or depressing tone at all).
