Yes, I am doing the hypertonic saline before the Pulmozyme. Wierd, I have no problems with the hts but once I do the Pulmozyme, it is an absolute struggle to breathe. What is up with this???

I'm supposed to be getting my Cayston any day now to help get rid of some mucous plugs. I'm a little nervous about starting it but hope to see some real progress. I appreciate your posting about Cayston and all the responses. Thanks!

Wow, thanks for these suggestions. When I was younger and did CPT without my vest, I would lay down, but for some strange reason, it's never occured to me to lay down while doing my vest!! I always surf the internet (and this site lol)... And I have started exercising. Trying to do it 3...

What's the best way to get rid of these awful mucus plugs? I'm doing my vest twice a day, Hypertonic Saline, Pulmozyme and fixing to start Cayston. I'm also on Bactrim and Cipro. Any tips on breathing better?
