    I NEED YOUR INPUT PLEASE

my dd (3 y/o) cultured PA twice, once a year so far more or less. I think we eliminated it with TOBI given that it was small count. I think in babies, who have not yet been colonized by PA, you have a pretty good chance of eliminating it as long as you are agressive (meaning reating it...

    Studying Abroad

i also have heard very good things about the care in Sweden. As for Denmark, they are very agressive with treating pseudo, basically you go on IVs every 3 months regardless of your symptoms. They also have a very high life expectancy, the word is still out on whether this is due to their...

    Staph, Staph, Staph

any bug could be pontentially harmful. Staph is generallyconsidered easier to treat b/cof all the orals that are available (unlike pseudo). Of course there is no clearcut answer whan to treat, some doctors are just more agressive than others.

    Does enzymes cause constipation?

my dd had horrible constipation problems when enzymes were first introduced. Later it turned out that they "jump started" her pabcreas and now she is fully PS. This said she is on Miralac most of the time, even thoug it has been years since she is off enzymes.

Got the boot from BABY CF CLINIC DAY

I always have my dd wear a FFP2 mask, the one that protects HER from outside bugs. Our clinic asks (not very insistently) to wear regular masks, but they protect other people from my dd's bugs more than they protect her. I also always ask for the first appointment and sit at the very end of the...
