Why can I no longer eat beans w/o horrible gas?

I don't want to leave Reuteri with a bad name here. I no longer think it is the culprit of my bad gas. This morning as I brushed my teeth with mouthwash instead of toothpaste, as per my dentist's recommendation to reduce gum erosion, I realized that the hideous gas had also coincided with this...

    LOW PROGESTERONE LEVELS=M/C

I am so sorry you have had multiple miscarriages and that you are having trouble getting covered for Clomid. My info is five years old now, but back when I had a miscarriage and then a problematic pregnancy that somehow, thank God, turned out well, I found that OBs had two schools of thought...

Need some symptom advice-what is this??

I haven't looked into this in a while but this thread prompted me to look at the adrenal insufficiency thing again, and I found two interesting things: One is that infections like TB and fungus can attack the adrenal glands and damage them, causing adrenal insufficency (intense fatigue, muscle...

Need some symptom advice-what is this??

Marci, I know exactly what you are describing...down to the miraculous ibuprofen fix. I've decided it is how I feel when my inflammation numbers are up: C-reactive protien and Sed Rate. The labs have played out that way, AND for me it usually (but not always) precipitates pleurisy and an...

Why can I no longer eat beans w/o horrible gas?

Beans are a staple of my diet. I eat them 2-3 times a week, and my kids eat them too. They are so great for you. But for a couple months now, I've been getting awful-smelling gas with them...and I mean AWFUL. I am using same the brand of canned beans as always-so that is not the problem...

    so confused after clinic appointment

To throw another two cents in the bucket, trapped mucus can cause damage...period, regardless of the bacteria your kids do or don't culture. That is why it is so important to get it out. I have damage/scarring, and many of my exacerbations do not culture anything. I am sure I would have...
