I'm no doctor but that sounds like a straight up lie! I was under the impression that the dr can order what ever test he deems necessary. I'm pretty sure that I could go get a genetics test right now if I chose to without a sweat test. I would find another doctor, doesn't sound like that one...

Abby has a bad upper right lobe as well with no symptoms. She has a lymph node that is blocking that lobe off. They are hoping that she outgrows the lymph node. Sometimes they here it crackling and other times not.
