    Ummm, I think you should speak to the nutritionist again. People who are enzyme defiicient cant break down any long chain molecules, which include fats AND protiens.     Clubbing

    I go out clubbing/pubbing all the time. The smoke does bother me, but I find that if I just have a good physio session after and stay active etc im fine. You have to live your life to the fullest. People sometimes dont realise its not all about the length of life, its about the quality of your life.
