    Wow, A Half Triathalon. That's amazing. That's one thing I would love to give a try. I'm fairly healthy and get to the gym for an hour at lunch time during work. I find lifting weights helps me a lot, but I have to start doing more cardio too. Thank god the summer is just around the corner...
