my son was started on pulmozyme and hypertonic @ 3 months old. They started the hypertonic at 3% but eventually moved to 7%. Keeps his mucus much thinner...easier to cough out.
You may also need to try an inhaled steriod... like flovent or advair or maybe pulmicort....
