Thanks Leah! <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> I agree that we need to do what works best for our families. After having kids we started to realize that we aren't quite mainstream in the way we do thinks and that is OK! it also helps that everything I do (cosleep, baby wear, etc) has research to back it up. And our families are supportive since they did things quite similar to us when we were babies. I also found a local group of women who are likeminded so it helps to network with them and see that we're not so different after all.

Nobody parents in the same way and I was just telling Jenny that I decided in the very beginning to be open and honest about my parenting style and birth choices so that people could see that there are alternatives out there. people may disagree with me but as long as my choices are respected, that is all that matters to me <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0"> I offer others the same respect and would never judge another's choices even if I may personally disagree with them.
