Oh, if you have bleeds often definitely discuss the HTS with your doctor before you up it. I am so not a bleeder, but my doc has me stop HTS for 24 hours even with a minor bleed (anything more than streaking). So yeah, sorry if I made a bad suggestion. Hadn't even though of the hemo aspect.

As for the water, if you don't drink it b/c you dislike it you can always add a little bit of fresh squeezed fruit (lemon, lime, and orange work well in my experience) or even crystal light. the crystal light isn't ideal, but if it gets you drinking more water then the downside (really just artificial sweetener) is totally outweighed by the good effects. And like I said, I often sub in a couple of mugs of tea just b/c I like it and the green tea has antioxidants -- bonus.

You go!!
Its a lot of work, but it WILL pay off. I have not always been compliant, but since getting married I began the road of compliance and its paid off in many ways.

For me personally, taking an antioxidant supplement works wonders. I can actually feel the difference if I stop it.
I do antioxidant by New Chapter (at most health food stores or whole foods type places).
Different things work for different people. The other thing that has undoubtedly stopped exacerbations in their tracks for me is juicing. There is no doubt I have avoided IVs and upped my immunity time and time again bc of it.
You have alot on your plate. Don't get overwhelmed. Start slow and add on when you can.
You don't want to commit to too much and then give up.
A thought on the hyp saline-talk to your doctor before upping it to 3 times a day. You'd think this would be a good thing, but its caused the opposite effect in some cfers. Just check. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Jessica,

Good job on your motivation, and wow that is an impressive list of meds and treatments.

The only things I can see which you might consider adding are calcium and mucinex.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery from your sinus surgery.
