I am 22 and I have a 4year old daughter. Me and her father have been trying to conceive our second child for three years. My cf dr tells me its most likely because I am underweight. Yet I have my period on time every month. Does that not mean I am ovulating??

Also, Anyone that has cf, and had gone through the journey of a pregnancy and delivery... add me to msn or something. jennayas.mommy@gmail.com Would love to chat

I would make an appointment with your OB/GYN. CF doctors are not usually very well trained in this type of stuff My OB/GYN told me that if you are getting your period every month, you are most likely ovulating. My understanding that being underweight is usually only an issue in that it can prevent you from ovulating. But that doesn't sound like it is the case for you.

BTW, CF can prevent you from getting pregnant because it can make your cervical mucus too thick for the sperm to swim through. Several of us on here have had to have IUI to get PG.
