They call it "worst", we call it "best."

I wish I wasn't diabetic. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif" border="0">

This is the product my husband uses <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.ehpsupplements.com/shop/product_view.asp?id=1145429&StoreID=8ED2D6558C8345DF8F80E85D2248D8D2&private_product=1">http://www.ehpsupplements.com/...D8D2&private_product=1</a>

He has 2 scoops per serving which gives him 2,500 calories in 1 shake. It is also very high in sugar so isn't recommended at all for someone with blood sugar issues. He's very happy with his gains from it though.

I use Optimum Nutrition protein suppliments as well, top rated and solid product/brand. There's tonns of individual studies out there on their claims of what is said to be in their products and everytime they prove true and even to exceed their claims with slight differences between the flavors. I love the stuff, and all the flavors I've tried taste really good, not over sweet ot too thick and it mixes out very easy with just a shaker so works good for me when I'm always on the go.

I've tried some of those really high calorie type ones but they are usually extremely sweet and not very tasty and is not easily mixed. I also found that I needed to gradually build up to taking in that much at once - my stomach was quite upset when I crammed all of that down at once from the 1st time. It was like my stomach just couldn't handle it and it ached and sent me to the toilet way too often. I researched a bit and people were saying that it's best to work your way up to taking in so much at once so you adjust and get used to/able to tolerate it. Also it quickly became torture to down it cause it just tasted awful - if you are someone that like SWEET drinks then give it a try but I couldn't keep it up for long.

I probably wouldn't drink that even if I needed to gain weight. It's kind of like looking at a triple whopper now that i'm a vegetarian. /hurls
