Yea I'll be excited to hear too - but 1 cm isn't really anything so don't get your hopes up too high

I contracted A LOT during my last trimester, but just braxton hicks ctx. I remember one day in the shower when I was about 32 weeks they were coming about ever 2-3 minutes but weren't painful at all - I just felt the tightening. All these minor ctx help your body prepare for the real thing so they're good in a way.

Oh keep in mind these ultrasounds can be off up to 2 lbs either way. If you can imagine it, my son was 5 lbs 11 oz full term - only a bit bigger than what your little one is measuring. When I saw him for the first time I though "he's so small". He was too small for 0-3 clothing initially. But perfectly healthy and he's still on the small side.

One site you should consider looking at now is www.spinningbabies.com It will help you achieve optimal fetal positioning for labor and delivery. Logan was malpositioned and I had bad back labor till transition when I felt him suddenly move and then no more back labor - instead I got the urge to push and he was born a half hour later.

Good luck!!

Bonnie!

Wow. I cant believe its almost that time. You have done such a good job keeping her in the oven , hopefully she will be patient and stick around a bit longer.

Just wanted to say that if you are committed to breastfeeding make sure you have an LC you can consult if your hospital does not already provide it and read up on some of the options that can help breastfeeding be successful should your tiny one have trouble at the breast as the smaller and younger they are the more trouble they cna sometimes have initially but it can still be very successful. The womanly art of breastfeeding is a great book from what I hear and if you plan to return to work and pump I highly recommend the milk memos which isnt so much instruction as it is comradare and ideas.

take care!

Bonnie,

This is my final post for awhile...I couldn't forget about you, Bonnie!!!

I want to tell you that I'm so happy for you! I hope that your birthing experience will be everything that you wanted and wished for. This is the MOST wonderful experience that can happen in any woman's life. Embrace every second of it because each second will go by so fast that in no time it will be over.

THESE ARE YOUR FINAL MOMENTS PREGNANT!!! Can you believe that the moment is finally here? All the wondering about who's hair she will have? Who's cute, little mouth? Who's precious little nose? You will be finding out soon enough. Embrace, for what will be, the final kicks and rollovers. Cherish each and every single one of them.

When you hold her in your arms, you will feel the greatest joy of your life. You'll have the most perfect little angel ever, Mommy! Her first little cry will be your first. Everything that ever seemed important before will no longer matter. For that spit instance, it will only be you, hubby, and her in that delivery room. You will be in your own little world. Congratulations, Mommy!!!
