dialated 1 cm now
Yea I'll be excited to hear too - but 1 cm isn't really anything so don't get your hopes up too high <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
I contracted A LOT during my last trimester, but just braxton hicks ctx. I remember one day in the shower when I was about 32 weeks they were coming about ever 2-3 minutes but weren't painful at all - I just felt the tightening. All these minor ctx help your body prepare for the real thing so they're good in a way.
Oh keep in mind these ultrasounds can be off up to 2 lbs either way. If you can imagine it, my son was 5 lbs 11 oz full term - only a bit bigger than what your little one is measuring. When I saw him for the first time I though "he's so small". He was too small for 0-3 clothing initially. But perfectly healthy and he's still on the small side.
One site you should consider looking at now is www.spinningbabies.com It will help you achieve optimal fetal positioning for labor and delivery. Logan was malpositioned and I had bad back labor till transition when I felt him suddenly move and then no more back labor - instead I got the urge to push and he was born a half hour later.
Good luck!!
