<span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small; color: #3366ff;">In addition to F508del, I have 3659delC. I'm curious if anyone else has this second mutation? I have no idea what it means for me, but I know that I have yet to see any members of this forum site who has it.

If you look in the families forum, the very first post (Ambry) will put you in touch with Steve from Ambry who will look in their database and share any information they have on this mutation.

Just post a quick request there and he will usually give you any experience or knowledge they have.

I don't have exactly the same as you but I have DF508 and 3396delC which is kind of close! I've never heard of anyone having the second mutation I have either so I also don't know what it means for me.

Check out this website:

You can type in your mutations and see if anyone else is recorded as having them.
