661 study initiated for heterozygotes

vertex just announced initiation of the 661 trial for those with one copy of df508 and another gene not believed to benefit from kalydeco. When I get a chance I'll try to pull clinicaltrials link.

Here's the link from cff. Not sure if that was up and jricci shared already...not on clinicaltrials yet but this identifies mutations for inclusion...why they are doing that is beyond me...I thought the idea was to cover all but those in the other trials if they have one df508
