This Forbes article should help clear up Vertex's "data bungle"

thanks for posting. In the last paragraph of this article, it says this new data is stronger than the past data it released.. Which does not make sense given that the stock dropped....
or maybe the stock dropped simply because there was information incorrectly reported which makes the data look unreliable

Actually the stock price rebounded quickly b/c investors processed the correction--the headlines sounded bad but the mean absolute info released was great!! Hope you're doing well.
