Hey, I am a 19 year old male with CF. Back when I was diagnosed with CF at 13 (yes I was a late diagnosee) I was introduced to a web program to help me cope. Its not strictly for us CFers but there are other "sick" teens there who know what its like to be in and out of the hospital and take a fistful of pills everyday. It has teens with various diseases around the US and even a couple from Canada, England and Australlia. Its mostly a chatroom based program but there are blogs and such.
