I dont understand

This is a poem I wrote today about what happened last night.(This poem isnt how its suppose to look like but I don't feel like putting it how its suppose to look)

How could you do this to me? How could you say you love with all of your heart but then say we need our time apart? knowing that its going to hurt when you tell me that I started to cry and then my body started shaking very badly because I love you and don't want you to leave me we both made our love promises but it looks like you broke it I don't know what to do anymore all I can feel is pain and the hurt I feel like I'm not a part of this world anymore and I feel so numb I want and need you I want and need everything you got to offer all I can think about is you all I want is you and only you well it looks like I got to go but before I leave I want you to know one thing we will never find anybody else that has the love we shared together.....
