A Reminder

I'll have DH take DS toward the end of October, beginning of November. That way DH can get his shot. That and DS is still mad at me from his well child appointment in June where he got 4 shots and they drew a LOT of blood for his annual labs.

I got mine on Tuesday, son with CF is due for his next week.

BUT, two of my kids (w/o CF) have a deep raspy cough, fever & muscle cramps that started last night (if they have the flu I'm gonna just quit and become a monk).

My kids are getting theirs this sat. Im getting mine tues. during my clinic visit. My husband will get his through his job, not sure when that will be though..

A few of us from work went and got our flu shots at a local clinic's flu shot blitz. Was so funny 'cuz most of the people were senior citizens and a few little old ladies just budged to the front of the line. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

Tried to get some of our more sickly coworkers to go along with us -- the ones who are always sick and sneezing all over the community food in the break room, but the responses varied from a proud "I NEVER get a flu shot", to "I might get the flu from it" and my favorite from the big brave athlete "I'm afraid of needles" this is the same person who came to meeting last year with me with influenza A. Sigh!
