It may sound strange, But I get the Aches when my Seasonal Allergies
kick in, like now..love the warmth, hate the Pollen and everything
that makes my eye;s, nose run and makes my chest tight.

Gosh, so glad to not feel alone on this. My body aches chronically, hands, back, neck, shoulders, arms, elbows, elbows are the worst. Sometimes I do feel like crying, but instead I go to bed. It really affects the quality of my life. I don't take narcs, and try to take very little tylenol, but tylenol does help a lot. If I could I would take it every 6 hours but I don't want to over do it and take too much over time. I think yoga helps, and stretching on a daily basis. But I don't always feel up to that either. Oh well.
Recently my two hernias have been aching like crazy, day and night. Is there anything else? jeezzzeee. Thanks for the outlet guys, I will pray for all who ache. It is nice to know there are those who understand.

I'm in this boat too...my arthritis is getting worse daily and I don't get much of a reply from my doc other than take Ibuprophen when needed...it's needed daily at this point and no amount relieves the pain.
I also take hot baths to help, keep my feet elevated when I can and have inserts for my sneakers...I'm open to any and all suggestions.
My vitamin D level is fine at the moment, but I do take a supplement to keep it that way.
