I'm glad to hear about all the great feedback about acupuncture and other methods of healing. After a night of coughing, I've decided to treat myself to some pampering today. I'm getting a swedish massage for the first time today including 15 minutes of reflexology which is pressure applied to the feet and hands that helps with oxygen and fueling the body into a less stressful state. It all sounds wonderful. At the place that I am going to today they also offer acupuncture on Mondays so I will definitely have to check that out.
JazzysMom, one of my good friends is studying to be a chiropractic doctor and is in grad school now. He swears by it.
Dreamer, that would be nice if insurance would cover it. I would love that.
Fruity, what type of tea pills do you take? I try to drink a hot cup of tea everyday with lemon juice and honey. It makes me feel more relaxed. There is a tea store called Teavanna that has delicious herbal teas. The website is www.teavana.com. I always get the "To Life" tea its supposed to help with disease and ailments. I'm hoping for the money I have spent there it does something hehe.
Risa, during the emotional freedom technique of acupuncture does it hurt when they tap along the acupressure end points? By the way the advice that you gave me in a past post to buy biotene for my thrush has worked wonders for me. <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">Thanks to you and Biotene no more thrush! yeay!
