Advice re: temperature/vomiting/feeling faint and no appetite

Hi, im 31 with CF . Lately i ve had no appetite whatsoever ( 1 meal a day max), feel faint constantly whilst standing/sitting, cant stand walk for long, The last few weeks i ve been vomiting once or twice a day and doc but me on motilium, and avalox anti b. However my temperture seems to keep going and it s really hard to eat the least little thing. My doctor thinks it s due to an infection but i dont know - i also long for sugary drinks constantly ie, first thing in the morning and intermittedly.
Just wondering has anyone gone through this and if they ve any ideas. I m more worried i cant seem to keep anything down or have an appetite. Also I can sleep for 12 hours and then basically spend most of the day lazing around (im not lazy or anything) . It s as if i ve NO energy anymore and my dreams are carazy every night etc.
Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts out there .

I've felt the no appetite thing, and have had constant, recurring, unexplained low-grade fevers when I was otherwise feeling okay, and my lung-related stats were fine. Usually, it <i>was</i> an infection, albeit not one heavy enough to put me in the hospital. I'd suspect that first, but if you truly rule it out, have you been tested for blood sugar? Have you recently changed anything in your drug regimen? Levofloxacin screws up my sleep whenever I take it, and occasionally gives me odd dreams to boot, for example.

I think you need to have the docs check for cfrd. It is a possibility, since you crave sugar drinks. The throwing up could be from stomach acid or you are swallowing more mucus due to an infection. I think you just need to go in and get some antibiotic to get rid of the infection and start from there. Good luck Irish!!!!!!!!
