This seems to be more of a question for a therapist than the CF board. I hope you find peace with it and some sort of solution.
The only thing I can really add, is when your CF worsens, what do you see happening with your relationship? Since kids add a huge amount of stress and the divorce rate is high, as single mom, do you have the support structure to raise children while your disease worsens?
