It sounds really cool, and it's nice to hear it from someone who owns one...but what puts me off that is that you say it cannot be sterilized...(does it have metal or a mesh or something inside the nebcup, or all just plastic?)

not being able to sterilize it turn me off quite a bit. wonder if you could use that heavy duty respiratory cleaner. no boiling or soaking for too long....only have to soak for about 10 min. I would not want to use something i could not sterilize.

I went to the website and it says you can sterilize it via boiling for 10 minutes. You can use the microwave bottle sterilizers and a solution of vinegar water also. The instruction booklet I got said specifically not to do those things. The website says you can, who knows?? I know there has to be SOMEONE out there that uses this neb who can tell us. And yes Lene, there is metal in the neb cup itself.

<--Waiting patiently... LOL

Don't boil it! If you got the one that has the no boil directions, then don't boil it. There are 2 versions- here and Europe, if I remember correctly. I don't know why, but I do know that the US distributor told me (via email) that I should have the boilable version, but they couldn't promise. When it was time to replace it, I gave it a whirl and ended up with a Salvador Dahli version of my Go. The one available overseas IS boilable. That is one of the things I am going to check into further when I get ready to order another one.

Mine also came with instructions of rinsing it, running a teaspoon (letting it neb and run it through) of hydrogen peroxide through it, and washing with gentle dishwashing liquid and letting air dry. I don't know why the directions came like that (they were the pharmacy directions, not the Aeroneb Go directions) unless it had to do with the antibiotic (I was sent mine as a nasal neb) I was using.
