Air Filtration Systems

What types of air filtration systems would you recommend? I've looked at several and they all claim to be better than the others. I have asthma as well as CF and am trying to get rid of some of the airborn irritants in my home.

The Ionic Breeze is supposed to be great, and it doesn't need filters so even though its kinda pricey, you'll actually save money in the long run. They also make a small version for the bathroom and one for your car.

Ionic breeze etc. do not work. Either get HEPA filtration and deal with filters or do not bother. Consumer Reports has an article and information on ozone filter issues in this months magazine.

I think w/ the ionic breeze, it doesn't circuate the air enough. i don't believe it uses a fan. But i hav looked into it and i think a hepa is the way to go.
