I have the EXACT same problem! Sometimes it's pretty bad (maybe for a few weeks or months) and sometimes it's not so bad (like right now). I have no idea what the cause is though... but I would recommend not drinking sodas anymore. And I noticed that my distended stomach decreased some after I did some simple exercises. I'm not sure if that helped though...but it's worth a try<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
