Check the airline's website, but you can carry it all on -- even the vest. It's exempt because it's medical equipment. I haven't traveled since DS got his vest, but I would pack a small lunch bag cooler with polarpac ice packs (the kind we get in the mail with tobi) -- put his liquid meds, pulmozyme & tobi in that in their original packaging. Then I would put his other meds in a clear make up bag or quart ziplock bags with the labels sticking out. Added his nebulizer & neb cups -- put all that in a back pack. I also have a doctor's letter indicating he has cf -- I've never had to show it to anyone.

I was told you can get a note from your Dr that will allow you to bring the vest and meds on the plane with you. Their is apparently a closet up front they will store them in for you. I would tell the airlines ahead of time that you will be bringing medical equipment on board with you. Be sure to bring all prescription info along with you as well.

Have fun in FL!!
